- Profile photo (optional, uploaded at your choice)
- Payment information (processed by Bank of Georgia — we do not store card details)

- Exercise progress, scores, and completion data
- Device type, browser, and IP address
- Pages visited and time spent on the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

- To track and display your exercise progress

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage. Your data is stored on Google's infrastructure.
- Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
- Bank of Georgia (BOG) — payment processing. When you make a payment, you are subject to BOG's privacy policy. We receive a confirmation of payment and your subscription type, but not your card details.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data — including your profile, exercise progress, and subscription records — is permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. See our account deletion policy in the Terms of Service for full details.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Object to the processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to authorised users only, and server-side authentication verification for all sensitive operations.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which function similarly to cookies but store data directly in your browser rather than sending it to our servers.
2. What We Store and Why
Essential (always active — these cannot be disabled):
- Firebase authentication tokens — keeps you logged in during your session.
- cookieConsent — remembers your cookie consent choice so we do not ask again on every visit.
- dark-mode — remembers your display preference.
Functional (active when cookies are accepted):
- Exercise progress (IndexedDB) — stores your exercise progress locally on your device so it is available offline and syncs to our servers when you are online.
- Page image cache (IndexedDB) — caches book page images locally for faster loading. Entries expire after 23 hours.
- Subscription status (in-memory) — temporarily stores your subscription status during a session to reduce server requests.
Analytics (active when cookies are accepted):
- We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform in aggregate. No individual user behaviour is sold or shared with advertisers.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Firebase (Google) may set cookies as part of its authentication service. These are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. When you make a payment, Bank of Georgia may set cookies subject to their own policy.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by clicking "Manage" in the cookie banner, which appears at the bottom of the page. You can also clear all stored data by clearing your browser's cookies, localStorage, and IndexedDB storage.
Note: disabling functional cookies will prevent your exercise progress from being saved locally. Progress can still be saved to your account when you are logged in and online.
5. Cookie Retention
Your cookie consent preference is stored for 1 year. Authentication cookies expire with your session or after Firebase's standard timeout (typically 1 hour for access tokens, with refresh handled automatically). IndexedDB data persists until you clear it or delete your account.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using espforsports.com (the "Platform") or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are available in the following plans: Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, and Lifetime.
Payments are processed by Bank of Georgia (BOG). By making a payment, you also agree to BOG's payment terms. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:
- Early cancellation of a subscription before the period ends
- Account deletion during an active subscription period
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Change of mind after purchase

6. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion:
- All personal data, exercise progress, and account information will be permanently erased
- Your profile photo will be removed from our storage servers
- This action is permanent and irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered
- If you have an active paid subscription at the time of deletion, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Your premium access will be revoked immediately
By confirming account deletion, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, exercises, audio, images, and course materials — is the property of START and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the content for your own learning purposes only.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access content you have not paid for
- Copy, distribute, or resell any platform content
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by platform unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, START shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

- Your profile and account data
- Your profile photo
- All subscription records
Active Subscription Detected
You have an active subscription. Deleting your account will immediately revoke your premium access. No refund will be issued for the unused subscription period, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
This action cannot be undone. To confirm, type DELETE below:
